The staff at Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya were very helpful and provided excellent services. The breakfast was locally inspired and offered a variety of delicious food options. The hotel is centrally located, which was convenient for exploring the area. I enjoyed dining at the in-house restaurant located near the hotel.

I had very enjoyable short time here, comfortable location!

Location: the hotel was just next door to the nearby shops, and nearer city area, Butterworth and Prai. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hok Mun Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

Convenient after a long drive, Very close to food outlets.Easy access to Penang Bridge. Value for money but better if a better rate can be negotiated especilly for families and group check in.

Housekeeping was well maintained except quality of toiletries replenished need to be improved.

Not so friendly staff!

The reception is friendly. The place is clean and modern except for a couple of areas that needed improvement- such as wireless internet and general lighting and access to switches, at least have some decent signage to assist the use of the lights. Provide a manual to each room to explain your services within and external to the room.

Every time I'm here, I always choose this hotel as it's nicely appointed with attentive staff and excellent services.

Room and internal decoration were under my expectation. I did stay at Sunway Resort, at PJ there before, if compares to both hotel, which i would vote PJ there as Value for money, and more geogrous.

Great location close to shops, making it convenient. the breakfast spread is tasty and better than average, offering a wide variety of dishes 🍳.

Hotel is located near industrial area which is nice for business trip.

Though I was charged on the original price not the price offerred by Booked.net, may be due to some reason which I didn't find out, but the hotel staff gave me a newly renovated twin bed room. The room is clean, big, bright and comfortable, just like a small little home with wireless (depend on the room price) and line Internet. We like the breakfast. The hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Around it we can find Shopping Centres, coffee shops, food shops/restaurants, local banks, bus stop, friendly people, etc. Really convenient. FYI, the hotel is still renovating but it would cause you any problem. My grandma and i love the hotel and place so much and wishes to come back again.

The toilet choked once but could be fixed easily.
